Meet Sheena

Hi, I'm Sheena Reddick, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional based in Ashburn and Dulles, VA.

I believe people can get to a higher version of their life — not a perfect one, but one that feels more like theirs. That belief is behind every session I do.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating some of the hardest things life brings. I specialize in eating disorders, trauma, and child and adolescent mental health — with experience across every level of care from residential to outpatient. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence-based care.
